LINDLEY’s cuisine is healthy, good and high quality: vegetables and herbs grow biodynamically on LINDENBERG’s own nearby BRAUMANNSWIESEN, our permaculture project in the Taunus Mountains. LINDENBERG is purely plant-based.

LINDLEY offers two fully equipped communal kitchens, where guests can have their own culinary expedition and cook or celebrate.

LEUCHTENDROTER Restaurant, Bakery & Alcohol on the ground floor serves a vegan breakfast as well as vegan, international hearty dinner with umami factor plantbased neo-veggie cuisine. Reservations are highly recommended.

The new place at LINDLEY LINDENBERG for pickled food, fresh croissants, natural wines, hearty salads, snack platters, homemade lemonades, food baskets, ceramic vases by Viola Beuscher, dried flowers by Pigmentfloristik, platters by LOTTE LINDENBERG and more. All completely vegan, all homemade, all curated by us, all amazing. To take away and to hang out. EVERY DAY!

BAR MARMION

In the 5th floor bar, the classics of bar culture are made and served in their original versions as well as with new twists. A finely curated selection of wines, spirits and cocktails are also on offer in a sophisticated ambience. The bar is run by Torsten Martini and Malwin Hillier.
