Healthy, delicious and high-quality, LINDLEY's cuisine is based on vegetables and herbs that are biodynamically cultivated at LINDENBERG's own BRAUMANNSWIESEN, our permaculture project in the nearby Taunus mountains. Non-residents are also welcome in our publicly-accessible areas such as the restaurant, bakery, wine bar and bar.


LINDENBERG is proud to be able to source it's own biodynamically cultivated vegetables and herbs from our permaculture plot, only 30 kilometres away.


LEUCHTENDROTER Restaurant, Bakery & Alcohol on the ground floor offers accessible and nourishing vegetarian cuisine. It’s the wicked little sister of the Michelin starred restaurant SEVEN SWANS.

In the 5th floor bar, the classics of bar culture are made and served in their original versions as well as with new twists. A finely curated selection of wines, spirits and cocktails are also on offer in a sophisticated ambience. The bar is run by Torsten Martini and Malwin Hillier.
