Even if you’ve never tried to catch a wave before, we recommend grabbing one of our boards and trying the waves at our very own LOST BEACH. Just a stone throw from LOST, you will find Medewi’s famous surf point with the longest wave in Bali. As a surf and earth retreat, we work with local and experienced professional surfers, who will be happy to show you how smooth the lip of a wave can be.

Our room rates include surf sessions with one of our local surf instructors at the LOST BEACH. We also offer free shuttles to other surf spots upon request.

In order to contribute to the local community, LINDENBERG founded LOST BUNCH, an educational programme with local surfers that supports, encourages and opens up new prospects for children and young adults in Medewi. Many of these young people are passionate about surfing, but have no access to educational institutions. The programme combines surfing lessons with classes in subjects such as English, sustainability and hospitality with the hope of opening up more opportunities to them in the future.
