Our food celebrates nature with its seasonal and local flavors. A vegan approach to Balinese home cooking with modern techniques and western influences. Everything is locally sourced: all our ingredients are homegrown or supplied freshly from nearby organic permacultures. We are focused on working in an environmentally-friendly way and producing as little waste as possible.
The seven-metre-long wooden table and the evening bonfires at our beach, where guests meet for conversations, drinks and opulent meals, is the heart of LOST LINDENBERG. The poolside bar serves classic long drinks throughout the night while guests can play their own records.
