For a more relaxed option, hire a Private Island Chef to guide you on a curated culinary journey. Alternatively, for those seeking a communal experience,
The KELP CLUB brings together culinary aficionados for evenings at the island’s supper club, with or without an overnight stay.

EATS & SIPS

LILLØY celebrates plant-based, natural, low-allergen dishes. From vibrant island breakfasts to hearty lunches and cozy family dinners, the menu reflects the seasons. Guests can enjoy local treats and take home a taste of the island, with products ranging from herbal teas and local coffee to refreshing drinks made from pure Norwegian water. As the sun sets, indulge in island aperitifs, local ciders, and biodynamic wines. Curious about the island’s ingredients? The BOTANICAL LIBRARY  offers a glimpse into the magic of local plants and potions.

FORAGED & MADE

The island’s herbs, berries, and seaweed are foraged, and local growers and chefs collaborate to create a unique cuisine. While the Northern harvest is limited, organic ingredients from sunnier Scandinavian and European regions complement the dishes. Old, traditional Norwegian recipes blend with modern techniques, and the Aga stove enhances the flavours slowly. In addition, an outdoor fire adds a smoky touch. Guests can also join in hand-cranking delicious island gelato for an extra treat.
